Why should I order in advance?

We get it - having the same old menu can get a little dull. That's why we keep things fresh! At HAHA Meal, we take pride in crafting each meal to order, ensuring freshness and quality in every bite. To guarantee that the food we prepare is as fresh as can be, we kindly request our customers to place orders in advance. This allows us to efficiently gather order information and source the finest ingredients, ensuring that your meals are prepared just before delivery, capturing the essence of flavor and quality we promise.

When can I place my order for next week's meals? 

You can place your order for next week's meals from Monday morning to Friday at 9 PM.

Where does HAHA Meal serve? 

We proudly serve Millburn, Short Hills, Livingston, East Hanover, Morristown and Summit. Check your delivery zone by entering your zip code during checkout. Stay tuned as we're actively working to add more zip codes. For those outside our current service areas, we have a convenient pickup location in East Hanover.

Is delivery free?

Delivery is on us for orders over $59.99 within our service areas. Otherwise, we charge $10 delivery fee per order.

Can I pick up my order? 

Absolutely! You can pick up your order at 12 Littell Road, Unit 2B, East Hanover, New Jersey 07936 (near Costco). Just make sure you select the pickup option during checkout.

Can I recycle or compost the meal box?

Yes, you can! We're passionate about our planet, so our meal boxes are either made from plant-based materials or 100% recyclable materials. Don't forget to check the labels before disposing of them.

How will I know when my meals are out for delivery?

Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email confirmation with all the details. Our delivery window is from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM every Monday/Tuesday and 2:30PM to 4:30PM every Wednesday. You'll receive an email when your order is on its way. If you prefer, you can pick up your order between 11:00 PM and 5:00 PM at our pickup location.

What if I'm not home during the delivery?

No worries! We'll notify you when your meals are about to be delivered. If you won't be home, just leave a cooler outside your door, and we'll make sure your meals are safely stored.

How should I store my meals and when do they expire? 

For the best taste and freshness, enjoy your 'Haha Meal' as soon as it arrives. Most meals stay fresh in the fridge (under 40°F) for up to 3 days. You can freeze them for up to 2 weeks; however, freezing can affect food taste and texture.

How do I reheat my meals?

All our meals come in eco-friendly microwavable and freezer-safe containers. Just microwave your meal in the box to reheat. Make sure it reaches 165°F for at least 15 seconds. For specific reheating times, refer to our guidelines on our website.

  • Microwave: Since microwave ovens vary in power, providing a fixed time for all meals is challenging. As a general rule of thumb, for refrigerated meals, start with 2 minutes on high heat and add 15-30 second intervals to achieve optimal flavor without overcooking. For frozen meals, first thaw them under refrigeration overnight, then follow the same instructions as for refrigerated meals.
  • Oven: If you prefer using the oven to reheat your meal, transfer the food into an oven-safe container and cover it with foil to retain moisture. Reheat at 350°F for 5-8 minutes.

Can I cancel my order?

Of course! You can cancel your order anytime before Friday at 9 PM to receive a full refund.

Can I return or exchange my meal?

We appreciate your business, but our made-to-order and perishable food items cannot be returned. However, if you receive an incorrect item or your food arrives damaged or contaminated, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo for a refund or exchange.

Food Allergies?

We understand your concerns. Ingredient information can be found on each item's page. If you have any questions about a dish, don't hesitate to reach out, and we'll happily provide clarity. Please note that our food is prepared in a facility that handles allergens, so consider cross-contamination if it's a concern.
